Check Your Cervix Height

Insert a clean finger during your period — if you can easily feel your cervix, you have a low cervix (go Small). If you can barely reach it, you have a high cervix (go Large).

Give It 2-3 Cycles

It's completely normal to take a few cycles to get comfortable with insertion and removal. Be patient with yourself — it gets much easier with practice!
