1. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders. No minimum purchase required. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

2. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes. No product details appear on the outside of the package.

3. 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 7 calendar days.

Important: Due to the intimate nature of menstrual cups, we cannot accept returns on used or opened cups for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
