Welcome to Domina Cup. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from DOMINA.

1. General Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase our products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without notice. Our menstrual cups are made from 100% medical-grade, FDA-approved silicone.

3. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, menstrual cups that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.

4. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
